Homecoming Court Reception October 9th, 2026

St. Francis will celebrate the Royal Court during Friday’s Homecoming football game. The Homecoming Queen will be announced and crowned during half-time. We need volunteers to set up a special reception for the Homecoming Court and their families before the game, make balloon pillars and a balloon arch.
Parents may earn service hours by donating food, beverages, and supplies or by helping to set up, work during the reception, or clean up.
If you sign up for a dish:
there should be enough for at least 16 peopleit should be pre-plated and ready to servebaked goods must be homemade and individually wrappedPlease DO NOT bring anything with nuts! This includes anything with peanut butter.Complete and attach the following label/tag to each food and drink item.
For every $20 spent, you will earn 1 hour. Provide up to $60 in receipts.
Other important notes:
Volunteers should sign in and out at the reception.1 sign-up per family only
Please drop off food items (plated on disposable white or clear trays) and drinks on Friday, October 9, 2026 to the Front Office no later than 2:00 pm with the attached completed tag.

Assist with decorations and set up of refreshments for the reception in the Learning Center, as needed. Please dress comfortably and be prepared to walk the famous St. Francis stairs a few times from the kitchen to the Learning Center! Meet on the quad.
Friday, Oct. 9 from 2pm–5:00pm
Assist with replenishing reception refreshments in the Learning Center, greeting guests, and supporting organizers, as needed. Please dress comfortably (preferably in SF gear or Pink Out gear) and note that you may walk up/down the stairs from the kitchen to the Learning Center! Meet in the Learning Center.
Friday, Oct. 9 from 4:30pm–7:30pm
THURSDAY! Prepare Balloon pillars/arch. Please dress comfortably. Meet in the Learning Center.
Thursday, October 8th
Assist with cleaning up after the reception in the Learning Center and taking down decorations from the Quad. Please dress comfortably and be prepared to walk up/down the stairs a few times. Meet in the Learning Center.

(To serve 16) Food must be plated to receive service hours credit. Please use a white or clear disposable serving tray. If using a board that you want returned, please label the board clearly with your name and contact information. It is okay to keep crackers unopened and separate.
