Father/Son Communion Breakfast

Our Father/Son Communion Breakfast is on Sunday, October 18th and we need volunteers to help make this a wonderful event. We are looking for moms to help us set-up, check-in, serve, and clean-up on the day of the event.
If you volunteer to work the event, please meet in the courtyard at your start time. Thank you!

9:00am Mass in the Gym
Pictures and Breakfast immediately following mass in the Courtyard
Please note:
*Set-up and clean-up includes moving and cleaning heaving tables. Please wear comfortable clothing.
*If you sign up to bring ice, we need it by 7:30am so we have time to get the waters and juice cold. Please do not send it with your son at the start of the event.
*Please only sign up for one shift or donation slot.

Please purchase 2 dozen baloon arrangements in St. Francis colors. If it is difficult to find brown balloons - white and gold with brown string works well. Ralphs in La Canada is a good option. Drop off the balloons by 8:00am to the courtyard Sunday, October 18th, the morning of the event. Please attach the receipt with your name for service hours. Thank you!
Welcome and check in guests.
Photographers will use their own digital camera to take photos of the father/s male guardians and sons together. Edit and download photos to the Printefex.
Pick up cupcakes the night ebefore (Saturday) and drop off Sunday, October 18th in the morning.
Please purchase 50lbs of ice. eliver between 7:30-8:00AM to the courtyard. DO NOT send iwth your son at 9AM. Pelase attache the receipt with your name for service hours.
Pick up dirty table linens after the event (25 total) and return for next event. Two hours for every 12 linens.
