"West Side Story” Theater Concessions Donations

Items needed for SFHS Theatre production "West Side Story” PLEASE NOTE: Be sure to the attach the concessions service hour form included in this notice on EVERY donation. In order to receive credit, The form must be FULLY filled out. You MUST include: YOUR FAMILY NAME or the name you signed up with YOUR SON'S NAME COPY OF RECEIPT THAT INCLUDES TOTAL COST AND ITEMS PURCHASED. For every $20 you spend you receive 1 service hour. Please do not expect 1 hour for 1 case of water. Once delivered, log hours under the organization title, "Theatre." *Please drop off items at the reception desk by Thursday, March 19 at 2pm. WATER: 17oz bottles and brought in by the case. No individual waters please. CHOCOLATE/CANDY: Please bring only full size of the following: KitKat, Sour Patch Kids, Skittles. Mixed boxes are great too! Smart n Final is your go to for this! Thank you for contributing to make this a special event!
