Annual Christmas Tree Sale: Parent Sign-Up

Time of event 6:30am - 12:30pm (approx).

Baked good items that are donated: 2 dozen = 1 volunteer hour.
Any purchased donated items: $20= 1 volunteer hour (On day of the event, you must provide and submit receipt with completed volunteer slip.)
All volunteers must check in at the "Volunteer Check-in" table before their shift begins. Festive Christmas attire is welcome.
Make sure parents and students sign in and out. Direct them to their volunteer spot. Answer (or find answers to) any questions volunteers have.
Pick up coffee travelers (1 regular, 1 decaf, creams/sugars) and drop off at the volunteer check in table
Mini breakfast items (i.e. scones, muffins. NO NUTS, NOTHING THAT REQUIRES UTENSILS)
Purchase 6 cases of 8oz.water bottles and deliver to the Refreshment table by 6:30 am.
Pick up 2 travelers of regular coffee (cream/sugars) and drop off at volunteer table
Guide/direct vehicles to parking lot for pick up and exit. One-way traffic flow.
Make sure Tree Runners get the correct size tree to match customer order. You will be assigned a specific tree size to monitor.
Set up/serve/clean up
MUST be able to tie a slip/other secure knot. You will team up with 2 students, carry tree to trimming station, then load to customer's vehicle.
MUST KNOW HOW TO USE CHAIN SAW. Bring your own gloves. Chain saw is provided. You will be trimming off tree trunks and lower branches.
Will help distribute and load wreaths, poinsettias, ornaments and /or garland in cars.
Check off customer name from pick-up list as they exit.
