CALLING ALL BAKERS! October 2025 Lunchtime Bake Sale!!
Wednesday, October 01 2025
Welcome to the 2025-2026 Lunchtime Bake Sale Signup (October 2025).
Calling for ALL BAKERS!!!
It’s that time again! Our monthly Bake Sale happens on the first Wednesday of every month.
PLEASE read the guidelines below.
Thank you for volunteering!
**If you want to staff this event rather than bake, please see the Signup entitled STAFFERS for October 2025 Bake Sale**
Guidelines:
1. Homemade baked goods must be 3 INCHES in size to earn 2 service hours. We will not accept baked goods that are too thin, undercooked, or burnt. (think the size of an adult palm) If your cookies come out a bit smaller, please place 2–3 in one bag and count it as one cookie. And if you’re feeling generous, our boys are always thrilled with bigger and more treats!
**Please see the attached examples—thank you!
2. Individually wrapped in cookie wrappers or zip lock bags (NO Saran Wrap, please!).
3. NO NUTS OR BAKE GOODS WITH ANY NUT BYPRODUCTS, including peanuts/peanut butter/nut butters/peanut butter chips. If you submit baked goods with any type of nuts listed above, they will be thrown away, and no service hours will be given.
4. You may sign up for multiple slots. Use a separate coupon for 2 dozen treats.
5. Attach a bake sale coupon (see attached coupon below with your name, son's name, item, and quantity. No coupon = 0 service hours.
6. Deliver baked goods to the main office by 10 AM or with your son at 8 AM drop-off on the DAY of the Bake sale. If you deliver any earlier date, it can be lost or taken by other events = 0 service hours.
