The Encounter Knights Speaker Series (our last one for the 2024/2025 School Year!)

The Encounter Knights Speaker Series features members of the St. Francis community sharing insights on the intersection of faith with different disciplines and experiences. The event will begin with mass at 5pm in the St. Francis chapel and the speaker will immediately follow in Founder's Hall at 5:30pm.

***Please read all guidelines below for items we need and drop off time. Items MUST be dropped off the day of the event (between 4 pm - 5 pm). *Please note: the gates that lead to Founder's Hall opens at 4 pm, so if you arrive before 4:00pm, you will have to wait for the gate to be opened for you. Thank you!*** Also feel free to join us during the event. All are welcome!

Thank you for volunteering! We need food and drink items donated and we also need 1 volunteer to help with set-up and clean-up for the entire event.

GUIDELINES for donations:
1. 2 dozen BAKED goods = 2 service hour credit
2. For every $20 spent = 1 service hour credit with receipt
3. NO NUTS in baked goods/desserts. No peanut butter cookies or items with peanuts/peanut butter/other nut butters/peanut butter chips.
4. You can sign up for more than 1 donation/item. Submit a separate coupon for each slot.
5. All donations should be dropped off at Founder's Hall (located next to the outdoor basketball courts behind the gym) between 4 pm - 4:30pm on the day of the event. The gates that lead to Founder's Hall opens at 4 pm, so if you arrive before 4:00pm, you will have to wait for the gate to be opened for you.
6. Attach a coupon (see attached coupon below) + copy of receipt to your donation to receive volunteer hours. Include your name, your son's name, the item, and quantity (i.e. 2 Dozen Mini Mini Croissant Sandwiches, 10 pounds of grapes etc).
7. Please log all hours by TUESDAY 5 PM after the event at Encounter Speaker Series.
