POSH Auction Item Procurement Team

Dear Parents,

We are looking for talented, outgoing individuals to join our auction item procurement team for this year's POSH! Your help is crucial to ensuring the event’s success, and we’d love to have you on board.

What You'll Do:

Procure Auction Items: Reach out to local businesses, vendors, and community partners to secure exciting items for our event.

Bundle Items: Work with the team to organize and group items into themed bundles that will attract bidders.

Write Descriptions: Craft compelling descriptions for each item or bundle to make them irresistible to our auction participants.

Who We're Looking For:

Friendly, outgoing individuals who are comfortable engaging with local businesses and community members.
Excellent communication skills for outreach and follow-up.

Time Commitment:

Flexible hours – you can work at your own pace, but we’ll need to meet a few times before the event for updates and coordination.
It’s a fun and rewarding way to contribute to the event!

Your involvement will make a significant impact on the success of our fundraiser, and we’d love to have you join this exciting team!

Please join us for a 1 hour meeting on Monday, February 10th at 8:30AM in Founder's Hall if you would like to participate! If you are unable to attend the meeting but would still like to be part of our procurement team, please let us know!
