About this Event
Welcome to the 9th Annual Women’s Wine & Chocolate Walk hosted in historic downtown Middletown by Downtown Middletown Inc. This event is a wine & chocolate tasting just for the ladies, with some amazing shopping, dining, and entertainment as a bonus! We need a wide variety of volunteers to help make this event happen. From set up and tear down to our all male serving crew, we have a shift that is perfect for you. Please feel free to reach out with any questions. We would love to have you join our WWCW crew for 2022.
8:00am - 11:00am
Set Up
Assist in setting up tents, tables, and chairs for all booths before event begins.
9:00am - 12:00pm
Vendor Coordinator
Check in all of the vendors and show them to their assigned spaces. Answer any questions and report to the event coordinator any issues
10:00am - 12:00pm
Volunteer Coordinator
Check in all volunteers and make sure they report to their assigned locations. Make sure the volunteers have water and a lunch.
10:30am - 3:00pm
Check in
You will assist at The Windamere for check in. This can be everything from IDing, placing wristbands, handing out glasses, backpacks, and maps.
11:00am - 12:30pm
VIP Server
Serve wine to the VIPs in the special lounge

Bus Assigners
Help direct attendees to the proper bus for dispersing around downtown
11:00am - 6:30pm
Servers
Must be male and 21+. Your job will be to either pour the wine or hand out a piece of chocolate to each attendee. Black aprons will be provided. Dark pants and white shirts are required.
12:00pm - 6:00pm
Package Consierge
Pick up packages from vendors and shops and bring back to Windamere
6:00pm - 8:00pm
Tear Down
Dismantle and bring back all event supplies to The Windamere and DMI office after the event is over
