We need help with our newest event the Derby Hat Exchange. Participants will bring a gently used or new Derby Hat to exchange. We need volunteers to help us make this event run smoothly and a success.

Check in/ Check out

Check people in from a list (print-out or on Eventbrite mobile app). Sell activity tickets during event and check out for silent auction items. Must be comfortable with credit card machine.

Greeter

After check in, the greeters will give an overview (tickets for activities, food/beverage, restrooms, silent auction, etc.). Be available for general questions.

Activity Ticket Sales

Sell activity tickets during event. Must be comfortable with credit card machine. Bourbon pull is still TBD, and might be part of this.

Check-in ticket sales/Check-out

After someone checks in, this person will sell the hat exchange tickets (DipJar) or sell on-site tickets to the event. Sell activity tickets during event and check out for silent auction items. Must be comfortable with credit card machine.
