Thursday, November 30 2023
Thank you for helping take care of our 5 goats! Please reference the printable goat sheet attached to this event for instructions on the special care the goats sometimes need. Most days they will just need their hay and water in the morning before 9:30 am. Please keep a look out for their general heath and wellbeing. If any goats seem to acting strongly please call or text Jon at (508) 801-7746.
Here are the names of the goats if you forgot:
Our goat with the horns is Rip. She is the only female goat. The remaining goats are all wethers (castrated male goats): two Nigerian Dwarf goats named Rufus (blonde one) and Will (black one), and two white Saanen/Nubian mixed goats named Turbo (flames collar) and Slim (red collar, wattles, and large goatee). The Rip and Will and Rufus are about 10yrs old and the white goats are about 7 years old as of December.
****Also, please set a GPS verification when submitting your hours on a mobile device while at the farm. This will confirm to us that goat chores were completed. ****
