Wright Locke Farm is hosting a Spring Market on Mother's Day Weekend and includes our Annual Seedling Sale and Artisan Fair in and around the 1827 Barn and Flower Shed.

-Friday, May 8: 4-6 PM: Seedling Pick-Ups & Event Set-Up

-Saturday, May 9: 9AM – 2PM (Vendor Set-Up at 8:00 AM): Spring Market Day 1

-Sunday, May 10: 10 AM – 1PM (Vendor Set-Up at 9:00 AM): Spring Market Day 2

On Saturday and Sunday volunteers will help with all aspects of the Spring Market including: working with customers who come to pick up seedling preorders, delivering seedling orders from the Greenhouse to the Flower Shed, selling seedlings outdoors at the Market, assisting art and food vendors as needed, and helping attendees navigate the farm including locating our restrooms and Farm-to-Go retail store. You will primarily be working outdoors, and there will be a lot of light weight-lifting and customer interaction.

Volunteers best fit for this opportunity will enjoy talking with people and be detail oriented (we don't want to mix up seedlings or orders). Please bring a hat, layers for the weather, a water bottle, and a snack. This event is held rain or shine. Note on Saturday and Sunday, there will food and drinks available to purchase from Farm-to-Go, our Coffee Vendor and Food Vendor.
