The chickens have moved to their summer home in the mobile coop! Come join us if you are looking to become a chicken chore volunteer or if you already are one but need a quick walk through of the mobile chore routine. The training involves everything you need to know about giving the chickens food and water, collecting eggs and cleaning their enclosure.

There are two chore slots per day. One in the morning and one in the evening. Chicken chores are self guided and each chicken chore volunteer is welcome to bring family and friends along to watch them do chores. After becoming a trained chicken chore volunteer you don't have to commit to a minimum number of chore slots. You can sign up for whatever works for your schedule. All Volunteers including those aged 14+ and our family groups are welcome to join us.

We will be meeting in front of the Squash Barn and will walk down to the fenced-in Winter Goat Area to get started. We hope to see you there!
