Yard Tree Giveaway Canvassing Event-Parkrose Neighborhood

Join us for an afternoon/evening event canvassing several streets in the Parkrose neighborhood. Our goal is to offer people a chance to sign up for a free yard tree (or two!) and to generally educate the public about Urban Forestry's Yard Tree Giveaway. The more people who know about our program, the more trees get planted!
We'll work in groups of three and will have snacks, scripts, and staff available to help anytime. Our overarching goal is to make the tree canopy more equitable for neighborhoods and groups with historically low access to green spaces. Please join us in this important work! And thank you!!
When: Friday, October 6 from 4pm to 7pm
Where: Luuwit Park (NE 127th and NE Freemont st) **Under the shelter**
