Portland Parks & Recreation Urban Forestry

Come cheer on the runners and help Urban Forestry expand our beautiful tree canopy by signing up the public to receive free trees! Volunteers will help pre-register people for our popular Free Tree Giveaway events that occur in the fall. We will have merchandise, candy, and flyers that you can hand out while you chat to the public about the importance of urban trees. There will be a list of talking points and a short training/introduction to the Free Tree Giveaway by staff to help you feel prepared. Urban Forestry staff members will be there as well!
