Set up auction - Some physical work, some sorting, some delicate work. People working with grid walls need to be able to handle weight and tools, also follow a map. People working with merchandise need to be able to handle items with care.

Table & Grid wall set up
Tables will be set up according to our diagram. Logistics will deliver our pallets early in the morning. Ann will make sure tables are set properly. Volunteers will help set up grid walls according to diagram.

Merchandising sort
Opening inventory bins and sorting items (keeping them in bags) to area mapped (doing by category and fandom) - consolidate plastic bags into a single bin as you go

Opening display piece bins and sorting like with like so people can find what they need as they set up. (We may use shelves for this and office tables)

After the sort items should be in their spots - now is time to make them look pretty with display items, then tape down bid sheets as tables are filled.
