TRADITIONAL USES OF WILD PLANTS FOR FOOD AND MEDICINE
Saturday, Nov. 12, 1:00 to 2:30 p.m.
Join Lynda O'Brian Baker, Herbalist and Chemist, Betty Sue O'Brian, Traditional Naturopath, Iridoligist, and Herbalist, who began learning about and using local plants 26 years ago when they met and began studying with Herbalist Darrell Martin of Blue Boy Herbs. Some of Darrell’s first educational herb walks were conducted at the Arboretum, and Betty Sue and Lynda are honored to continue the tradition, by sharing their experiences and plant knowledge with you. Registration is required. Cost is $3 for members and $7 for non-members.
