The work will include clearing trails, picking up downed limbs and general cleanup of the historic Bayou Gardens at the headquarters site. If you are looking for volunteer hours for an organization you belong to, or just want to get out of the house and contribute, this may be for you. Volunteers will be provided with all tools. Please wear closed-toe shoes and outdoor clothing. Beverages and light snacks will be provided. Volunteers under 18 yrs of age will require a parent-signed volunteer form before work begins. If under age 16, volunteers must be accompanied by an adult. If interested please RSVP to lwrfriends@gmail.com
