Discovering Pontchartrain Beach Volunteer Training

Join us to explore Pontchartrain Beach and learn how to collect data and become a volunteer in this education project! This is an opportunity to receive training in several science investigation activities that are part of the LPBF - NOAA BWET education grant "Discovering Pontchartrain Beach". During the school year groups of students will visit the beach and following this training you will be prepared for working with students to collect marine debris, water quality and other kinds of data.
