Beach-Nesting Bird Conservation in Cameron Parish

Audubon Louisiana needs boots on the ground help with conserving habitat for beach-nesting birds! On April 20th, volunteers will post about 1 mile of temporary fencing on Holly Beach to protect crucial populations of Least Terns, Wilson's Plovers, and Common Nighthawks during the upcoming nesting season.

When: Saturday, April 20th
Where: Holly Beach, LA
Time: 8am - 12pm

We will follow up via email with more details, including driving and parking instructions.

Drinks and sandwiches will be provided. Remember to bring sunscreen, comfortable field clothes, and sturdy footwear (No Flip Flops).
