Come out, stroll the boardwalk, and see all the irises in bloom with the members of the Greater New Orleans Iris Society! GNOIS will be on site to answer any questions about the informational posters created for the NNC that help you identify our native irises. They will also have their books for sale. Mandeville Rotary will be providing a “Café” in the pavilion for you to enjoy coffee/tea and sweet confections from our local bakeries as you breathe in the spectacular view! Nature Photographer John Paul Duet will be on site with images of irises and birds for you to bring home the views he has captured at the Northlake Nature Center. We will also have a t-shirt sporting the 5 species of Louisiana Irises and all of our sponsors! Call or email for Café tickets!
