WI Explorer Leadership Academy

An introduction for law enforcement explorers to the core concepts of leadership. A few of the topics covered will be basic leadership concepts, leadership styles, communication, ethics and practical techniques. The training will be in a classroom setting with a variety of presenters and group activities. In class participation is encouraged to get the most out of the program.
