St. Mary of the Assumption HSA

Help us get everything ready for the 43rd Annual St. Mary of the Assumption Christmas Craft Fair! Volunteers will assist with final setup, vendor check-in and directions, organizing activity areas, and preparing the venue to welcome vendors and guests. Volunteers may also help address last-minute needs and support the Event Host to ensure a smooth and organized start to this special holiday tradition!

Help make the Christmas Craft Fair a success! Volunteers will assist with welcoming guests, providing directions, supporting vendors, monitoring activity areas, answering questions, and helping with general event needs throughout the day. Volunteers may also help keep common areas organized and assist the Event Host as needed. Your time and support will help create a welcoming, festive, and memorable experience for everyone attending!

Help us wrap up the 43rd Annual St. Mary of the Assumption Christmas Craft Fair! Breakdown volunteers will assist with removing decorations and signage, removing tape and markings from the floors, folding and storing tables and chairs, clearing vendor spaces, collecting supplies, organizing leftover materials, and returning the facility to its original condition. Your help is essential in leaving the venue clean, safe, and organized after a successful event. Thank you for helping us finish strong!
