Lincoln Academy Charter School

We need volunteers to help direct traffic for all grandparents. We will use the back grassy areas by the track and all around the track, so lots of individuals are needed to ensure that our campus stays safe.

We will need help starting any coffee that we need to brew in-house. House of J's will be delivering all donated coffee at 7:15am.

Greet our guests in the front lobby and direct them to the student center, restroom, gym, and/or classrooms.

Volunteers will replenish food and coffee as needed throughout the event. This may include refilling water and brewing more coffee.

We need 4 volunteers to take photos of grandparents with their students. No camera necessary -- you'll use the grandparent's camera!

Support PTO at the table by answering questions about pledge drive donations and programs at LA.

Sell LA t-shirts to grandparents! Assist with Venmo, cash or check payments.

We need volunteers to help our guests to their seats. Every chair will need to be filled, so guiding guests up front will be helpful.

Help direct safely as our guests leave the property.

Clean-up crew will break down tables, put away chairs, and make sure our school looks as great as it did before the event!

We have several tablecloths for this event. This volunteer would take them home to be washed/dried/folded and return them the following week.

We will be using a lot of different food utensils throughout the day. We are asking them to be washed/dried and brought back the next week.

We need a volunteer to walk throughout the school collecting the directional signs and other decorations.

We need volunteers with a truck or trailer to move 200 chairs from Lincoln Academy back to Arvada Rent-All.
