Fall Festival 2025

Lincoln Academy's Fall Festival is on Friday, October 3, 2025, from 5:00pm to 7:00pm. We need your help! There are many volunteer options to choose from! There may be a need to move people around or to help with other games during the evening -- we appreciate your flexibility. We kindly ask that volunteers arrive at 4:30 p.m. and stay until 7:00 p.m. to ensure all games can be played. Please meet us by the back field at the check-in tables.
Sign up shifts are for adults only. If you are signing up for multiple family members, please sign up for each adult family member separately. If you plan on bringing your child to run a game or station with you, there is no need to sign up your child. Please be sure to include your first and last name when you sign up.

We need help with setting up tables and table games prior to the event. Volunteers are asked to arrive at 3:30 p.m. to begin set up and stay until 4:30 p.m. to ensure all games are ready to play.
Calling all crafty folks! We need your help setting up a backdrop for our photo station at Fall Festival! We have supplies for you!
Help sign in all our volunteers for the festival. Please arrive at 4:30 p.m.
Help with wristband presales check in and wristband/ticket sales. Volunteers are asked to arrive at 4:30 p.m. to ensure this process runs smoothly.
Take tickets and hand out bags of popcorn until gone. 1 bag of popcorn per ticket please. Volunteers are asked to arrive at 4:30 p.m. to help with this table.
Keep the bounce house running smoothly. Volunteers are asked to arrive at 4:30 p.m. and stay until 7:00 p.m. to ensure all games can be played.
Help us run inflatable interactive games with our Lincoln staff!
Help run this fun game and hand out tasty and fun prizes!
Help & Assist Lincoln Academy's Student Government (STUGO) as needed with tattoo application and clean up.
Run a table game and help give out prizes! Volunteers are asked to arrive at 4:30 p.m. and stay until 7:00 p.m. to ensure all games can be played. Upon arrival, you will be assigned a game to supervise.
Walk around the carnival/football field perimeter and help where needed. Volunteers are asked to arrive at 4:30 p.m. and stay until 7:00 p.m.
Help with keeping the football field clean. Volunteers are asked to arrive at 5:00 p.m. and stay until 7:00 p.m.
Help give our carnival game volunteers a break and run their game while they step away for a few! More directions will be given when you check in.
