PCHAT Clinic Intake (Hosted by: PCHAT)

This will be our normal PCHAT clinic where we see patients after they get their blood glucose and blood pressure checked. We will address their complaints and work with preceptors to make sure they have comprehensive treatment to the best of our ability. Volunteers will also be responsible for collecting any donations that are brought to them for the General Supply Drive for Syria/Turkey Earthquake.
Event Location: God’s Pantry (250 E Center St, Pomona, CA 91767)
Requirements: we ask that all volunteers dress in Navy blue scrubs with their white coat and ID badge. Please bring your medical equipment bags that you use for CMR.
