The Sports Medicine Club is inviting you to the Bard Invitational, on September 23 from 9:30am-1:30pm at Montgomery Place (26 Gardiner Way Red Hook, NY). If you look up Montgomery Place at Bard College into Google Maps that will also get you to the destination.

Students will be assisting the athletic training and emergency medicine staff at a cross country event hosted by Bard College. Volunteers will be expected to help the student athletes stretch, provide water, and aid the medical staff at the event with any of their needs.

Dr. Cavanna sends the following instructions:

Wear layers!
Wear something that says Touro!
Bring Stethoscope, penlight, and BP cuff.
You will be on the course so have a backpack or something else.
Wear sturdy shoes with traction (waterproof preferred) as course is grass and it can get slippery in the morning dew.
