Autism Society of Mahoning Valley

The Autism Society of Mahoning Valley will be participating at the 5th Annual Ability Walk & Roll at Eastwood Field, and we need volunteers to help represent ASMV at our resource table. Please arrive at 3pm to help us set up our information table.

Volunteers will assist with:

- Greeting families and community members

- Sharing information about ASMV programs and upcoming events

- Distributing brochures, giveaways, and candy

- Engaging children and adults with disabilities with a simple activity at our table

- Help pack up the table. 

Event Timeline:

3:00 PM: Vendor Set-up Begins

3:30 PM: Resource Fair, Activities and Registration Open

5:00 PM: Ceremonial Walk & Roll on the Field

6:00 PM: Gates for the general public going to the Scrappers game open

7:05 PM: Scrappers game begins

We will begin to pack up our table at 7pm, so we will be done by 7:15pm and if you need to leave at 6pm or 6:30pm for your evening plans that is okay too, just email Robin to let her know.  Email is [email protected]

This is a great opportunity to support autism and DD acceptance, connect with local families, and help ASMV make a positive impact.
