Hospice and Palliative Care of Kodiak

Hospice and Palliative Care of Kodiak will be hosting a table at Relay for Life to educate the Kodiak Community on the services we provide. We would like to have 2 people manning the booth, for 2 hour shifts. You are more than welcome to sign up for more than one shift. Thank you!

Vendor Hours for Saturday are 1:00pm-7:00pm.
The first shift will be 12:00pm-2:00pm; helping set up and organize booth prior to opening and then educate participants on our services.
The second shift will be from 2:00pm-4:00pm; helping educate participants on our services.
The third shift will be from 4:00pm-6:00pm; helping educate participants on our services.
The fourth shift will be from 6:00pm-8:00pm; helping educate participants on our services and break down/clean up booth for the night.
