Set Up Crew
Set up crew assists with setting up the refreshment table, ensuring all entry ways paths are cleared for entry, setting the film up to display successfully. Setting up informational table to include: HPCK brochures, flyers for upcoming events. Setting up donations table.

Donation Collector/Receiptor
A volunteer will take cash, check and donations made via square and receipt our donors. This shift actually will not start until 5:45 PM

Greeter
Greeters will stand in the entry ways welcoming our guests to our screening, and handing out small HPCK infographics.

8:30pm - 9:30pm
Take Down Crew
Volunteers will assist HPCK staff with taking down tables, and loading vehciles with HPCK materials. This also includes ensuring bathrooms and seating area are picked up.
