Cupcakes & Snow White

Cupcakes & Characters is an outreach program for younger children and dancers with Snow White theme. The children enjoy a morning of crafts, ballet (and of course Cupcakes) followed by a mini performance of Snow White for the demonstration. Event begins at 10:15, volunteers will need to be there by 9:15, as visitors tend to arrive early. As this is Spring Break set up will be done between 8:30-9:30 rather than the night before. The event begins with cupcakes and crafts at 10:15 and then at 11:00 the guests go upstairs for the mini ballet. (Masks are required. Guests will be given a box to store their cupcake to enjoy at home.)

Cupcake Baker - Chocolate
Bake and frost 24 cupcakes. (Do not decorate, the children will do their own.)

Assist prepaid guests with check in. (May / May not involve pay the the door.)

Mingle with/greet guests. Photo ops, etc. Does not include dancers performing at 11:00

Read story book/tell story of Snow White and possibly Paquita.
