Concerts in the Park - Big Spring Park - Downtown Huntsville

Walk around Big Spring Park from 6:00-6:30 pm and hand out AYBT/AYB flyers to concert attendees. The concert starts at 6:30 pm. Then, during intermission at 7:15 pm walk around with a donation bucket from Arts Huntsville to collect donations. Once the second half of the concert starts, you are free to go or stay and enjoy the remainder of the concert.
Dancers and/or parents will meet Mr. Herriott at the BTL office located in the Von Braun Center at 5:15 pm in order to change into their costume. If prior costume arrangements have been made, then you can meet in the park at 5:45 pm near the Arts Huntsville table.
IMPORTANT ... dancers must be age 14 or older to participate in this fun event...and we need at least 3 parents and 9 dancers; however, more parents is always great.
