Cupcakes With Cinderella

Cupcakes & Characters is an outreach program for younger children and dancers with a fall festival theme. The children enjoy a morning of crafts, ballet (and of course Cupcakes). Cinderella will be the featured ballet for the demonstration.
Event begins at 10:15 volunteers will need to be there by 9:30, as visitors tend to arrive early. Set up is completed the evening before.
Event begins with cupcakes and crafts at 10:15 at 11:00 the guests go upstairs for the "ballet". Our Princess Cupcakes Programs generate a lot of interest. e.g. additional cupcake bakers may be needed. At our last Princess cupcakes, we have about 70 little ones and their parents.

Cupcake Baker - Chocolate
Provide 24 chocolate cupcakes (10 iced cupcakes and 14 plain cupcakes) and an additional container of icing (for those who like to ice their own cupcakes). Deliver to the studio by 9:30 AM.
