AYBT table at Huntsville Symphony Orchestra's Family Day

I need some parent and dancer volunteers for next Saturday morning, Feb. 2 at the VBC Concert Hall. It is Huntsville Symphony Orchestra's Family Day and they have invited us to have a table and we always have tutus and tiaras for the kids to try on and maybe a crown for the boys. The table could be set up between 8:30 and 9:30 and then the doors open at 9:30 and it is done by 11:00. It is a free concert and it is full with a total of almost 2,000 people. We do well giving out information about Cupcakes and Characters, our Spring show, Tutus and Tiaras and school info. Please let me know immediately if you can help out with this very productive event for our company and studio.
