Fort Reynolds Park, Arlington, Dogwood Tending

Fort Reynolds Park is a small neighborhood park tucked away in South Arlington. A troop of Girl Scouts planted a row of small dogwoods that need tending. We just need to pull some weeds from around the trunks and apply some wood chips around them. Arlington County staff will provide equipment, so all you need to do is show up with hat, gloves, and a water bottle. (TS will provide light snacks.) I have scouted the site. The pile of wood chips has been deposited right next to the dogwoods, and there is level ground to roll the wheelbarrows to the trees.
