Tree Stewards of Arlington and Alexandria

Since leaves are falling now and some trees may be bare in a couple of weeks, this will be an early opportunity to test our winter tree ID skills! We'll probably be able to verify tree ID's with leaves that are still about on the ground. It will also be a nice demonstration showing which trees drop their leaves sooner in fall and which trees hang onto their leaves into winter.
As I said before, we will gather at the parking lot behind the museum building and work our way clockwise around the park.
