Mulching Trees in Alexandria's Tarleton Park

Come lend a hand removing soil "volcanoes" around city-planted trees in Tarleton Park and applying fresh mulch at the appropriate depth.
We will be meeting up near the entrance to Tarleton Park on the short stretch of Holmes Run Parkway South of Duke Street.
