Tree Stewards of Arlington and Alexandria

The Alexandria Beautification Awards Ceremony will be celebrating 19 award-winning properties, including community, residential and residential street categories. There will likely be roughly 80 attendees.

AlexRenew Building
1800 Limerick Street

Please take the elevator up to the top floor.
Parking:
Free parking is available in designated areas. Please look for signage indicating event parking upon arrival.

Arrival & Setup:

Please arrive at 6-6:15 PM to set up your table.

Guests tend to arrive early (around 6:45 PM), but the official start time is 7 pm. We expect to have roughly 65 attendees.

Upon arrival, take the elevator to the top floor.

We’ll provide one table and two chairs for each exhibitor.

Refreshments:
Light refreshments will be available during the opening reception from approximately 7:00 – 7:25 PM, just before the ceremony begins.

Post-Ceremony Networking:
At the close of the ceremony (approximately 8:30 PM), we will invite guests to visit any exhibitor tables they may have missed. We hope you’ll be able to stay briefly for these final conversations
