"Light Up the Hills" Lantern Festival

September 22 marks the third annual Light Up the Hills festival, a family-friendly celebration of local music, art, performance, and light at Westhills, Langford! Volunteer participation is essential to the success of this event. There are many roles that need to be filled, including tasks leading up to and during the event.
