Our PSA has organized an amazing Christmas Extravaganza for our students again this year! This special day will include Secret Santa, Kids' Raffles, games, delicious food, a movie, and more! We need YOUR help to make this an awesome day for our kids!

*The majority of the shifts are for the entire day, but if you need to come late or leave early, please send a message when you sign up to let the event organizers know. All volunteers should meet in the cafeteria.

***IMPORTANT- All volunteers must have completed the Protecting God's Children training and have a BCI (& FBI if Ohio Resident for less than 5 years) on file with the Diocese of Columbus.

7:45am - 1:30pm
Hot Food Station
Set up and serve hot food during lunch. Clean the kitchen and wash dishes after lunch. *You can arrive closer to 8am.

Secret Santa Station
Set up items for Secret Santa and help students as they purchase gifts.

Candy Tombola Station
Set up and restock candy. Students will receive 2 tickets to use at this station.

Monitor students while enjoying the inflatables and ensuring their safety.

Kids' Raffle Station
Students will receive raffle tickets to enter to win prizes. Winners will be announced during assembly at the end of the day.

Hot Cocoa Station
Make and serve hot cocoa and serve donuts as well. In the afternoon, you will make and serve popcorn. Clean up is also needed at the end of the day.
