EVENT DESCRIPTION
The mission of Zero Waste Youth USA is to empower the next generation to create a zero waste future. Inspired by our peers in Brazil, Sweden, and the Philippines, the Annual Zero Waste Youth USA Convergence is 2 day event dedicated to High School Students, College Students & Young Professionals to learn and collaborate for a zero waste future.

This event will be packed with keynote speakers, workshops, raffles, and more! Let us know if you can attend the beach cleanup when you buy your ticket. Our focus this year is Resilient Communities Fight Back: Equity in Zero Waste. Hear from an inspiring keynote speaker and presentations on zero waste equity topics from young professionals and community leaders.

*Breakfast, lunch, and snacks are provided.
Please BYOE Bring Your Own Essentials, like a reusable cup, plate/bowl, utensils, and handkerchief. Our goal is to have true Zero Waste event!

TRANSIT INFORMATION:
Public Transportation: Arrive by public transportation at ease, within walking distance of many SFMUNI transit lines (8R, 29, 43, 49, 54, J, K, M) and Balboa Park Bart Station. Coming by Caltrain? Transfer onto Bart at the Millbrae Station. Plan your route with 511.org.
Biking: Bike racks are located throughout the campus and in front of the building. Click here for bike routes.
Parking: Paid parking ($3/day) is available at the parking lots surrounding the Multi-Use Building.
