Check off as the kids come in, hand them their competition number, hand out the certificates and participation ribbons.

Snack Table
Before and after bee- move from outside to inside the door when bee is in progress) Take snacks from parents & set up on the table.
↳
Door Monitor
Stand at auditorium door (no ins and outs during the competition) and watch audience AND stage for cheating or misconduct
4:00pm - 4:30pm
Clean-up
Monday, Wednesday- clean up trash/water bottles in audience and on stage (leave chairs and decorations)
