VOLUNTEERS get first pick on the grassy field for a spot at movie night!! Join the movie night team and be part of a wonderful family friendly evening! Help is needed all day on Friday, October 12. Any time you can volunteer is greatly appreciated!! MORE DETAILS AND THE MOVIE TO BE ANNOUNCED SOON.

Set-up
All hands on deck! We need lots of volunteers to help us decorate, set-up the stage, set-up trash cans, set-up the field, make and place signs and more.

Food Truck Check-in
Be on campus with your cell phone ready. As food trucks arrive they will call you and you will give them their assigned parking spot on campus. Map will be provided

Empty trash cans as needed. Periodically check all trash and recycle cans once full taking the trash to the large trash bins located very close to the grass field.

Hang out in the Green Room (staging area) and make sure only volunteers come in.

Check in a couple times an hour and make sure that food trucks are doing ok.

Clean-Up
Help make sure there is no trash left on the field, put trash cans away, clean the green room, and make sure our campus looks great for our kids on Monday
