Carpenter Community Charter Elementary

Set barricades on field, make directional signs, mark aisle ways, create decor.

Set directional signs, Place caution tape, Continue decor, prep trashcans/recycle bins.

Place cones and caution tape to reserve parking spots for talent.

Food trucks will be on campus. Show them where their assigned parking spot is.

Set up food and drinks, remove rug, clean tables.

Picking up 20lbs of ice and brining it to green room. You will be reimbursed for the cost of ice.

Please consider thanking the volunteers and artists at Music Night. As an added option this year If you are unable to comit to one of the above positions we would like to offer the opportunity to donate towards the green room (example... 24 packs of water, pop, pizza, snacks, deserts, and small monetary donations). Join the crew to sweep the field for any leftover items/trash.

Putting room back together for TK on Monday. Wipe down tables, throw out trash, put rug back.

Pick up trash. Help put away tarps, tables, and chairs. Help us make sure the campus is clean and ready for your children on Monday.
