THE PRODUCERS MARTINI GALA
Volunteers working over 4.5 hours will be provided a complimentary pizza dinner - thank you for your help!
* Dress in comfortable clothing with CLOSED-TOE SHOES
*Unload food from caterer's truck
* Help prep food
* Assist Caterer before event

* Dress in black pants, white or black shirt (or SLO Rep polo shirt, and CLOSED-TOE SHOES
* Volunteers SHALL NOT consume any alcohol while volunteering or they will be dismissed - no exceptions
* DOWNLOAD HOSPITALITY CHECKLIST AND REVIEW DUTIES BEFORE EVENT
* Brew coffee/maintain coffee bar (all beverages are complimentary)
* Greet/admit patrons, hand out programs
* Keep lobby/restrooms clean

*Assist caterer with setting up food
* Keep food trays stocked during event
* Pass hors d'oeuvres around lobby
* Clean up rehearsal room, store food, wash/dry/put away all dishes after event

during intermission, and after show during post-show party (ALL BEVERAGES ARE COMPLIMENTARY - NO CASH HANDLING)
* Clean up bar, wash/dry/put away all martini glasses & shakers after event

* Sell tickets to patrons for one of three gift baskets ($10 each or $50 for 6 tickets)
* Have patrons fill out back of colored tickets with full name and phone number
* Give patrons entry slip as proof of entry into drawing
* Instruct patrons to put the ticket into the receptacle near the package they prefer
