Art from Ashes Inc

Art from Ashes has been invited to table at A STEAM Affair, a free community event to bring science, technology, engineering, art and math to youth.

This is taking place on Saturday, July 31 from 11am to 5pm at Robert F. Smith STEAM Academy. We will be one of the few art organizations there and will be providing a couple activities for youth to participant in, along with information about our organization in an effort to recruit youth.

On arrival you will need to check in at our registration table and report to your designated table. We are willing to accommodate activities and space needed for them.

Timeline:
7:00am -11:00am: Arrival and set up
11:00 am to 5pm: Event
5pm-on: Cleanup

Expectation:
Up to 200 students.
Elementary to Jr. /Middle School (may have some high school students)

Other:
There will be food trucks for lunch available.

Please note: there are two shifts that are 2 hours long, the other two are 1.5 hours. Feel free to sign up for more than one shift if you have the time. It's important to have two people sign up for every shift since we will have activities.
One person that signs up for the first shift will need to pick up the tabling box from AfA sometime during the week prior.
One person that signs up for the final shift will need to bring the tabling box back to AfA the following week.
