MATHCOUNTS - (opportunity to network with community engineers)

This math competition for 7th and 8th grade students is sponsored by National Society of Professional Engineers. Our Arrowhead Chapter has the competition at the Kirby Ballroom, top floor of the Kirby Student Center. There are 10 schools participating (75 students). The top two schools will go to the State competition in March. The top 4 students from State will represent Minnesota at the National competition this summer.
Benefits: Give back to the community by working with middle students; chance to talk and network with various engineers from the Duluth Area who will also be volunteering.
