HSA Movie Night, 6:30pm! Bring friends! Concessions are available for (cash) sale. Bring a blanket & pillow and wear your pajamas! ***K4-2nd Grade: PARENT MUST STAY WITH CHILD/REN*** We can't do this without your help, so see shifts available below.
6:30pm - Arrive
6:45pm - Movie begins
8:15pm - Clean Up/Pick Up

6:00pm - 6:30pm
Set Up Crew

Assist committee in putting together movie screen, setting out chairs for adults, collect permission slips, etc.

Concessions

Make popcorn, sell & stock provided concessions, manage cash box, clean up, etc.

Hall/foyer & Restroom Monitors

Remind kids to stay in the gym after their restroom/water breaks. Prevent kids from leaving the building.

Audience Monitors

Encourage kids to clean up their snack mess, remind kids to be quiet as needed, occasionally walk around the room, assist with spills, take down screen and sweep floor, etc.
