Phoenix Walk for PKD

Host the TCA's informational table at our Walk for Polycystic Kidney Disease event on October 15, 2023 at Chaparral Park in Scottsdale, AZ. (large Central Ramada reserved at the north end of the lake at Chaparral Park)
Walk day events will begin with registration at 8 am and tentatively conclude around 11 am. The table set-up could occur as early as 7 am.
All supplies for the table will be provided by TCA. Please pick up from the office.
