7 am vendors arrive
8 am registration of participants
9 am race begins
9 am silent auction opens
11 am clean up begins
Volunteer for one or more of the many areas on race day at our Annual 10K, 5K and 1K run/walk. Some volunteer positions will be done early enough so you can also participate in walk.

Coffee Pick Up
Pick up a pre-order of coffee and bagels and bring to the event before 7:30 a.m.

Coffee Station
Set up Coffee and suppies, oversee coffee station, tidy up as needed and collect tip jar.

Set Up
Help Set up Table and Chair, TCA booth, silent auction and Button Station.

Vendor Check in
Greet vendors, direct to assigned spot, ask any questions.
