5:30 am earliest volunteer arrival
6 am vendors arrive
7 am registration of participants
8 am race begins
8 am silent auction opens
10 am clean up begins
Volunteer for one or more of the many areas on race day at our Annual 10K, 5K and 1K run/walk. Some volunteer positions will be done early enough so you can also participate in walk.
We will provide volunteers with a t-shirt, lunch and coffee!

Help Set up Pop up tents, Tables and Chairs, TCA booth, silent auction tables and Button Station.
This volunteer will help during the whole event wherever extra help is needed.
Place signs and water bottles on each vendor/sponsor table, collect silent auction items from vendors. Answer any questions they may have.
Organize Silent Auction, set out items, auction signs and sheets, watch over auction area, tabulate and collect funds, distribute auction items.
Organize Button Station, hand out pre-made buttons and help make new buttons
Install honor signs along race route, Be a roaming volunteer willing to assist wherever we need extra help.

Set up tent / table/ chairs. Set out snacks and water bottles, replenish as needed ,supervise snack area and pick up trash in VIP Tent
Wear snadwich Board and walk around telling people about the plates
Pickup lunches from restaurant and deliver to Park before 11 a.m. Assist with clean up
Help breakdown pop up tents, tables and chairs, load into truck, basic clean up
